Fred Golt - President/CEO
Fred Golt is a California Native and began his foray into Newspaper telemarketing when he was just 16 years old for the Los Angeles Herald Examiner. Several years later he migrated up to Monterey, on the Central California coast and put himself through college by working in the circulation department for The Monterey Herald. It wasn't long before he was given the responsibility of putting together and managing an in-house call center. From this experience, Fred realized that there was not enough vendor or in-house resources given to retention. After graduating college, he made his vision of a company that focused on retention into a reality when he and Christy Brempelis opened their first small office in Monterey, California in 1993. Fred's main focus is to implement new strategies for the company and to oversee operations. |

Christy Brempelis - Vice President/CFO
A native of Oregon, Christy migrated down to California's central coast to attend College. It's there that she met Fred and was offered the opportunity to work for the call center he was managing for a local newspaper. Along with Fred, Christy saw the need for a reliable source of retention calling. After pursuing careers in advertising and retail sales, and fresh out of college with a degree in marketing, she was key in co-founding Restart Solutions, Inc. Christy is responsible for the growth, development and implementation of marketing and sales initiatives for our company. |

Scott Costa - Account Manager
Scott came to Restart Solutions in 2007 with over 12 years of Sales and Marketing experience in both the Pharmaceutical and Medical publishing industries. Scott started his career as a field representative for large pharmaceutical companies such as Novartis and AstraZeneca. While at AstraZeneca Scott was involved in several sales and marketing roles. His interest in the publishing field led him to Lippincott, Williams & Wilkins where he was charged with Business Development for the entire West Coast Operations. Scott is currently charged with Business Development Operations for the company. Scott has his B.A in Political Science from CSU, Sacramento. |

Mary Dela Sota - Sales Manager
Mary Dela Sota started her career at Restart Solutions, Inc. six years ago. She began as a quality control agent, and worked her way into a promotion as a sales manager of our San Diego office. Most recently she has made her career move up to the corporate headquarters to manage our in-house specialty Pro-Team. She brings to us her firm but warm grasp of management and employee relations. She has proven superior in building our call centers into a true team building quality experience. Besides her connection with the Restart family, she follows her passion for family, her cats, and especially touring God's country of the beautiful central coast of California where our corporate offices are situated. |

Carie AhToong - Operations Manager
Carie's driven work ethic is only one of the foundations lending to our operations department. As she has pursued degrees in computer science and finance, Carie has implemented a fully integrated department in sales, billing and data management that runs by the highest standard. She keeps the so called "information services wheels" well greased and running smoothly. |
